Define the problem before choosing an action

Start with a business question. Is the offer unclear, are sales priorities competing, or is an opportunity waiting on better information? Naming the problem helps you avoid a list of unrelated tasks.

Give each priority an owner

For each action, name the person responsible, the expected outcome, and the date you will review progress. The owner needs enough authority and access to carry the action forward.

Plan a review, not just a deadline

Agree on what information will show whether the action helped. Review the evidence and decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop. A 90-day plan is a working agenda, not a promise that every outcome will arrive within the quarter.
